Bestechman Dundee BMK01-W-3 Damascus Blade Red Burl Wood Handle Liner Lock Folding Knife

Designed by Ostap Hel, the Bestechman Dundee BMK01-W-3 pairs a patterned Damascus blade with a warm red burl wood handle for a distinctive look. Its 3.35-inch blade and 4.73-inch handle create an 8.07-inch overall length, while the 0.125-inch blade thickness and 0.47-inch handle thickness provide clearly defined proportions. A liner lock secures the blade when open. The deep-carry pocket clip supports left- or right-side carry, letting you choose a preferred pocket setup. Weighing 2.79 ounces (79g), this folding knife offers a compact option for everyday carry and outdoor tasks. Made in China, it combines practical specifications with selected materials. Damascus steel displays flowing layered patterns; keep the blade clean, dry, and lightly oiled to help preserve its appearance and performance.

Damascus Blade Introduction

Damascus steel is renowned for its distinctive wavy patterns and exceptional combination of strength and flexibility, offering superior edge retention and resilience against chipping. However, its layered structure renders it prone to corrosion if not meticulously maintained, and variations in modern forge-welding quality can lead to inconsistent performance. Regular oiling and careful drying are essential to preserve both its aesthetic allure and functional integrity.
