CPM-S110V

CPM-S110V is an ultra-high vanadium stainless steel developed by Crucible Industries for superior edge retention and wear resistance. With a vanadium content significantly higher than in CPM-S90V, this steel delivers an exceptionally fine carbide structure that resists wear and maintains a sharp edge longer than most other steels. It is air-hardening and can achieve a high Rockwell hardness rating, often exceeding 64 HRC, making it suitable for high-performance knives and cutting tools.
